Description
The Engineering Manager will lead and develop a team of infrastructure engineers responsible for critical production systems, combining people management with strong technical expertise. The role owns team execution, delivery, prioritization, operational practices, incident response, postmortems, and the reliability of infrastructure systems, while collaborating with infrastructure security and other platform teams. It requires 7+ years of software, infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering experience, including 2+ years in an engineering management role within a platform cluster, along with expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, distributed systems, networking, and infrastructure automation.
