Inpulse is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of six Software Engineers and help structure, manage, and develop its technical organization. The role focuses on reliable and predictable software delivery, team recruitment and development, engineering culture, production stability, and technical contributions to architecture, tooling, and complex projects. The position requires a master’s degree in engineering or an equivalent university degree, 9 to 12 years of experience in demanding technology environments, significant software-team management experience, strong software development and DevOps expertise, and fluent English.
