The role combines people leadership, technical direction, architectural guidance, delivery ownership, and platform infrastructure improvement. Candidates need at least 10 years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years managing engineers directly, along with backend, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, APIs, and cloud experience.
