Boeing is hiring an Engineer Manager for its Specialty Materials and Integration team in St. Louis, Missouri. The role leads a team of 10 engineers and technicians, develops materials and process solutions for Boeing Defense, Space, and Security programs, evaluates and qualifies materials and processes, guides test development and failure analysis, and operates three research and development facilities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field, at least one year of leadership experience or completion of Boeing's internal leadership course, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
