Vinted is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Kafka team to lead and develop a team of five or more infrastructure engineers responsible for managed services, tooling, standards, and asynchronous message-processing infrastructure. The role covers team health, performance management, career development, operational procedures, incident response, capacity planning, hiring, roadmap alignment, and stakeholder communication, while partnering with a Staff Engineer and Technical Program Manager. The position offers a hybrid work model, benefits including share options and home-office support, and an annual gross salary of €100,300–€121,400 excluding 8% holiday pay.
