CoreWeave is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for building and operating Kubernetes infrastructure on bare metal. The role focuses on cluster lifecycle management, platform reliability, observability, infrastructure automation, incident response, change management, and operational excellence while mentoring engineers and partnering with compute, networking, storage, security, and product teams. The position requires experience managing infrastructure, platform, or SRE-oriented engineering teams and strong technical knowledge of Kubernetes and production infrastructure. The base salary is $182,000 to $242,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
