TuxCare is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Language Security Research function, managing four teams of approximately 18 engineers across Java, JavaScript/Go, Python, and PHP. The role owns people leadership, technical standards for CVE analysis and vulnerability assessment, patch backporting, security releases, CI/CD and delivery workflows, SLA compliance, documentation, and coordination with OS, Docker, and platform teams. Candidates need at least six years of software development experience across multiple language ecosystems, three or more years of engineering leadership experience, strong Java expertise, security research or vulnerability-analysis experience, CI/CD and dependency-management knowledge, process-building ability, and strong English communication skills. The position is fully remote worldwide with flexible hours and includes paid leave, private medical insurance compensation, and other reimbursements.
