Description
TuxCare is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Language Security Research function, managing four teams and approximately 18 engineers across Java, JavaScript/Go, Python, and PHP. The role combines people leadership, technical direction, vulnerability research, CVE analysis, patch backporting, security release processes, CI/CD and dependency-management standards, SLA ownership, and cross-team delivery coordination. It requires at least six years of software development experience across multiple language ecosystems, three or more years of engineering leadership experience, solid Java expertise, security research experience, and strong communication and process-building abilities.
