TuxCare is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Language Security Research function, managing four teams and approximately 18 engineers across Java, JavaScript/Go, Python, and PHP. The role owns people leadership, technical standards for CVE analysis and vulnerability patch backporting, CI/CD and release workflows, SLA compliance, cross-team coordination, and delivery accountability. Candidates need at least six years of software development experience across multiple language ecosystems, three or more years of engineering leadership experience, strong Java expertise, security research or vulnerability analysis experience, process-building ability, CI/CD and dependency-management knowledge, and strong English communication skills. The position is fully remote worldwide with flexible hours.
