TuxCare is hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its Language Security Research function, managing four teams of about 18 engineers focused on CVE analysis, vulnerability assessment, patch backporting, and security release processes for end-of-life and non-EOL open-source language runtimes and frameworks. The role requires broad software development experience across multiple language ecosystems, strong Java expertise, prior engineering leadership, and experience with security research, CI/CD, and process improvement.
