LSI is hiring an on-site Engineering Manager - Lighting Controls to lead its Applications Engineers, Technical Support Engineers, and Commissioning Specialists at the Blue Ash, Ohio corporate location. The role oversees the design, implementation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of commercial indoor and outdoor lighting control systems, including proprietary and third-party solutions and the Airlink Blue wireless control platform. Responsibilities include technical leadership, project management, controls design review, commissioning standards, customer support, and coordination with sales, manufacturing, and field service teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least five years of relevant experience, and at least two years of leadership, supervisory, or project management experience.
