Axis is hiring an Engineering Manager, Lund, to lead a team of 11 electronics and mechanical engineers developing intercom hardware. The role combines people leadership with hardware product development, including long-term strategy, team development, product execution through industrialization and volume production, budget and investment planning, and cross-functional collaboration. It is a permanent hybrid position based at the Lund HQ Campus, with occasional travel, and requires an engineering degree or equivalent experience, hardware product development experience, English fluency, Swedish proficiency, and willingness to travel.
