Description
RATP Smart Systems is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary squad of Android, iOS, Web, and Backend engineers for the Mappy and Bonjour RATP MaaS products. The role reports to the MaaS CTO, manages people and delivery, aligns technical direction with Product and Design, supports architecture and AI-driven development, leads recruitment, and contributes to engineering practices. It is a permanent full-time position based in Paris 12th arrondissement, requiring at least two days per week onsite, with a gross annual base salary of €70,000–€80,000 plus variable pay.
