JOIN is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow its engineering team in Berlin. The role manages software delivery, cross-functional and distributed teams, project quality and deadlines, engineering culture, mentoring, hiring, and performance alignment. It requires at least five years of software engineering experience, proven engineering-team leadership, software development knowledge, familiarity with technologies such as Node.js, React.js, SQL, Kubernetes, GraphQL, Docker, gRPC, and Pub/Sub, SaaS and cloud experience, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field. The position follows a hybrid model with three office days and two remote days, and includes relocation support, competitive salary, and other benefits.
