Description
Layer Health is hiring its first ML Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a small team of ML engineers, research engineers, and ML/data scientists while overseeing ML strategy. The role owns end-to-end machine learning systems, including model requirements, data pipelines, evaluation, production deployment, inference optimization, observability, and technical best practices. It is a hybrid position based in the Boston or New York City office and requires a relevant degree, at least seven years of hands-on machine learning experience, and two or more years of technical leadership experience. The expected compensation range is $250,000 to $275,000.
