Wabtec is hiring an Engineering Manager, Machine Vision Algorithms, to lead a team of computer vision, machine learning, and software engineers in Bangalore. The role owns the technical roadmap and delivery of scalable machine vision and AI solutions for the Wayside Monitoring portfolio, while managing people development, global collaboration, software quality, MLOps, and engineering best practices. The position requires a STEM bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of relevant technical experience, and at least 3 years of people leadership or technical team management experience.
