Description
The Plant Engineering Manager will lead engineering operations at the Guayaquil Plant, overseeing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; engineering projects; industrial services; water treatment and effluent systems; asset reliability; cost and budget management; and operational continuity. The role requires an industrial, mechanical, electrical, electronic, or automation engineering background, at least five years of experience leading work teams, and a master’s degree is desirable.
