The role covers sprint planning, code quality, release governance, risk management, stakeholder relationships, people leadership, coaching, continuous improvement, and delivery-process initiatives. It requires 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years leading cross-functional Agile teams, along with strong Scrum, DevOps, cloud, database, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
