NAB Vietnam is hiring an Engineer Manager to lead one or more engineering Scrum teams and manage multi-Agile teams delivering service features in a microservices environment. The role covers sprint planning, code quality, release governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, people leadership, Scrum and DevOps coaching, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least 10 years of software development experience, including 5 years leading cross-functional Agile teams, along with strong Java, JavaScript, cloud, database, and DevOps expertise.
