Description
The Engineering Manager - Mechanical & Electrical leads and develops a distributed team of LATAM-based engineering resources, focusing primarily on mechanical design execution across various systems like modular systems, enclosures, and industrial structures. The role involves reviewing and approving designs for accuracy and manufacturability, driving DFM/DFA best practices, and partnering with Manufacturing Engineering. Additionally, the manager provides leadership and oversight for electrical engineering deliverables, ensuring seamless integration between electrical systems and mechanical layouts. This technical leadership role requires establishing and enforcing engineering standards, collaborating cross-functionally, managing global teams, and conducting technical reviews to mitigate risks.
