Wendel is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow its Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural (MEP/S) design professional services in the Mid‑West. The role serves as a liaison between the corporate Engineering Practice and operations in Minneapolis and Eau Claire, overseeing project teams, technical and quality leadership, business development, proposal and design work, client engagement, and engineering talent development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, a Professional Engineer license, MEP/S expertise, and strong QA/QC and communication skills; AutoCAD and Revit experience is a plus. It offers hybrid work, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and a salary range of $135,000 to $175,000.
