Description
Tabby is hiring a full-time B2B contract Engineering Manager for its Marketplace Content Quality & Personalisation team. The role leads a cross-functional team of ML, backend, frontend, QA, and product analysts responsible for an LLM-based product data pipeline, item enrichment, moderation, embeddings, search, recommendations, and evaluation infrastructure. The manager will own the ML roadmap, drive cross-team projects, define OKRs, oversee technical debt and incidents, hire and develop engineers, and collaborate with shopping, offers, monetisation, catalogue operations, and partner support teams. The position is fully remote and requires at least six years of engineering experience, including three years building production ML systems and two years as an Engineering Manager or ML Team Lead.
