Description
Tabby is hiring a fully remote Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, backend and frontend engineers, QA, and a product analyst. The role owns the end-to-end product data pipeline, the ML roadmap for catalogue intelligence, LLM-based enrichment, moderation, embeddings, recommendations, evaluation, labeling infrastructure, and related technical and delivery processes. The manager will also hire and develop team members, define OKRs, manage incidents and technical debt, and collaborate with shopping, offers, monetisation, catalogue operations, and partner-support teams.
