Description
The Software Engineering Manager will lead Meta's MTIA Software team responsible for developing the ML compiler stack for custom AI accelerators. The role oversees compiler toolchain development, kernel enablement, low-level DSLs, production deployment, and large-scale projects across compiler infrastructure and kernel libraries. The manager will also contribute hands-on technical direction, partner with hardware, runtime, framework, and model teams, shape strategy and roadmaps, and mentor engineers into AI-era leaders.
