Axis is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Mobile Applications QA team at Axis HQ in Lund. The role leads 7–8 engineers responsible for quality assurance across iOS and Android applications, defines mobile QA strategy, mentors the team, oversees automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, manages test environments, and collaborates with development, product management, and other QA managers. Candidates should have a computer science or similar degree, several years of leadership or management experience, strong mobile testing knowledge, and proficiency in agile methodologies; programming and mobile automation experience are advantageous.
