Via is hiring an Engineering Manager, Mobile to lead a product line of iOS and Android mobile applications for public transportation. The role owns the mobile roadmap, improves app performance and reliability, drives cross-functional feature delivery, strengthens engineering quality and architecture, and builds and mentors engineers. Candidates need at least seven years of production-scale mobile application experience, proven engineering leadership, and knowledge of mobile architecture, performance optimization, CI/CD, testing, and modern development practices. The salary range is $215,000 to $265,000, with medical plans and 401K matching included.
