MCDS is hiring an onsite, full-time Engineering Manager – Mobile Controls in Modesto, California. The role leads a small multidisciplinary engineering team while remaining hands-on with electrical, software, and mobile-control system development, including design, troubleshooting, testing, integration, schematics review, customer collaboration, and production readiness. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of hands-on electrical-systems experience, and experience leading engineering projects or teams. The expected starting salary is $90,000–$102,500 per year, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
