Description
DoorDash is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Mobile Developer Experience team, also known as the Mobile Foundations team. The role focuses on ZeroKit for rapid mobile prototyping and the iOS and Android monorepos, while partnering with senior engineers and company stakeholders to shape architecture, improve reliability and efficiency, and support DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. The manager will build and grow a diverse team, lead cross-functional initiatives, and work across the company’s growing international engineering footprint. The position requires at least seven years of hands-on software development and three years leading engineering teams, with expertise in either Android or iOS development. It is based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York City, with a base salary range of $193,800 to $285,000 USD and equity opportunities.
