Description
The Merchant App Engineering Manager reports to the Software Engineering Manager and is responsible for feature development, engineering optimization, insurance software solutions, and leading a team of engineers for Grab's merchant app. The role includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; overseeing software development, testing, deployment, performance evaluations, compliance, and strategic planning. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of software engineering experience, experience building and scaling engineering teams, native mobile development expertise, and Go programming skills.
