Description
Voi is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a cross-functional product team responsible for payment flows, subscriptions, upsell, and in-app advertising. The role combines hands-on technical leadership across backend, web, and mobile systems with people management, roadmap alignment, architectural guidance, code review, and coaching. Candidates need at least four years of hands-on engineering experience, experience in backend, web, and/or mobile development, and at least two years in a technical lead or senior capacity; prior people management experience is not required.
