Voi is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a cross-functional product team responsible for payment flows, subscriptions, upsell, and in-app advertising. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, including running 1:1s, mentoring engineers, shaping the roadmap, and making architectural decisions across backend, web, and mobile systems. The manager will also promote engineering excellence, adopt AI-assisted development practices, and support a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
