Description
Versana is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and develop engineering teams, provide strategic technical direction, and deliver high-quality software systems. The role partners with Product, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders; establishes engineering KPIs and continuous-improvement processes; modernizes technology and architecture; and manages vendor or contract engineering relationships. Candidates need at least eight years of engineering experience, a record of scaling engineering teams and delivering complex software systems, strong software architecture and cloud knowledge, and experience in matrix and Agile environments.
