Horizon3 is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the team behind NodeZero Tripwires, a deception and detection platform. The role owns the delivery strategy for decoy and deception development, detection, alerting, and customer-facing experiences; partners with Product and the Attack team; recruits, mentors, and retains engineers; oversees tripwire design, operational excellence, observability, and incident response; and establishes engineering practices. The position requires backend, data, or platform engineering management experience, distributed systems knowledge, cloud and observability familiarity, and working knowledge of deception technology. The role offers a hybrid and remote work model, health, vision, and dental insurance, equity, and a base salary of $225,000–$265,000 annually.
