Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience with open-source observability tools
Hands-on experience instrumenting distributed systems with OpenTelemetry and managing Prometheus metrics pipelines at scale
Direct experience developing and distributing AI processes such as Claude Skills or Gemini Gems
Experience working with time-series data, ideally using promQL
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to reason about systems at scale, including edge cases, failure modes, and life cycles
Ability to set technical agendas and develop broad ideas
Current knowledge of AI advancements in observability and monitoring
Ability to define and teach SLAs
Strong communication and collaborative coding skills
