Description
Nourish is hiring two full-time Engineering Managers: one to lead Operations Engineering and one to lead Provider Supply. The Operations Engineering Manager will build and lead a 4–5 engineer team, manage hiring and performance, contribute to architecture and production systems, and automate complex healthcare workflows such as billing, claims, eligibility, and scheduling. The Provider Supply Engineering Manager will lead a 4–6 engineer team, own the provider application-to-activation funnel, build scheduling and capacity systems, and use data and automation to improve provider growth and patient access. Both roles require 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, 2+ years of hands-on engineering management experience, and proficiency with modern full-stack technologies including React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
