Syngenta Crop Protection is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead platform and infrastructure initiatives supporting R&D IT applications and day-two operations. The role manages engineering teams, delivery across multiple workstreams, incident and SLA management, vendor and Statement of Work relationships, budgets, KPIs, risk response, modernization, and cross-functional stakeholder communication. Candidates need extensive experience in platform and infrastructure, engineering management, operational leadership, delivery, vendor management, financial awareness, metrics, technical debt, and risk management, along with fluent English.
