Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a passionate engineering team responsible for Microsoft Windows PC software for PlayStation and other applications or devices. The role provides technical leadership in secure and high-performance PC software design and development, manages SDK and application security, creates technical specifications, leads Agile/Scrum activities, participates in code reviews and documentation, and coordinates with diverse teams. Candidates need at least two years of people-management experience, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience, extensive C/C++ experience, SDK or framework development experience, client-side operating-system security knowledge, and experience securing consumer applications. The role offers a base pay range of $201,400 to $302,000 USD, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness programs, employee discounts, and possible bonus eligibility.
