True Anomaly is hiring a Perception AI Engineering Manager to build and lead a perception AI team enabling autonomous spacecraft operations. The role oversees world models and generative AI, multi-target tracking, sensor fusion, camera calibration, and edge-deployed object detection; defines validation standards; manages the team roadmap and cross-functional delivery; and builds, develops, and retains perception and AI engineers. Candidates need a relevant master's degree, 8+ years of perception AI or related experience, 4–5 years of people management experience, and eligibility for a government security clearance. The position is open until filled and is based near Denver, Colorado, or Long Beach, California, with an onsite work arrangement.
