Description
Feedzai is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Performance & Reliability team, which builds platform capabilities, tooling, and operational standards for reliable, low-latency distributed systems. The role owns reliability roadmaps, technical debt, performance profiling, capacity planning, latency optimization, incident response, SLO/SLI measurement, and team capacity planning while mentoring engineers and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Security, and Customer Success. Candidates need hands-on experience with distributed systems, cloud and Kubernetes environments, infrastructure-as-code, and mission-critical systems.
