Description
ALO is hiring an Engineering Manager, Performance Engineering to lead teams responsible for improving the speed, scalability, and reliability of web and mobile platforms. The role owns performance strategy and architecture, performance testing and tooling, observability, CI/CD integration, complex performance troubleshooting, and team leadership. Candidates need at least seven years of software engineering experience focused on performance, system optimization, or reliability, plus three years of technical leadership or engineering management experience, along with distributed systems, programming, testing, monitoring, cloud-native, and developer-facing tooling expertise. The base salary is $188,000-$235,000 per year.
