Description
Airbyte is hiring an Engineering Manager, Platform to lead Platform Engineers, Fullstack Engineers, and SREs responsible for Airbyte Cloud, Airbyte Flex, and Airbyte Agents. The role owns production reliability, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment automation, observability, internal tooling, incident response, and AI-powered engineering workflows. It requires 5+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years managing engineering teams, and experience with platform engineering, infrastructure, SRE, or developer productivity organizations. The position is onsite four days per week in San Francisco, California.
