Description
Everlab is hiring a full-time Engineering Manager for its Platform team in Sydney. The role leads and grows a team of five engineers, owns cloud infrastructure, reliability, observability, developer experience, and tooling, and collaborates with the Tech Lead on squad direction. The position requires platform or infrastructure management experience, cloud and infrastructure-as-code expertise, CI/CD and reliability knowledge, strong people-management skills, and experience in a startup or scaleup environment. It offers hybrid work with three days in the Surry Hills office, employee share options, and access to the Everlab health program after probation.
