Description
Fora is hiring an Engineering Manager, Platform to lead and grow its foundational platform team responsible for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, security, secrets management, database reliability, and developer productivity. The role manages engineers and contractors, sets technical direction, partners with engineering leadership, supports reliability and SLOs, mentors engineers, and contributes to recruiting. It requires at least four years of engineering management experience and eight years of software or infrastructure engineering experience, with strong cloud, DevOps, architecture, and leadership skills. The position is based in Fora's Tribeca/Fidi New York City office and offers $210,000–$235,000 plus equity, health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
