Norm Ai is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Platform team to lead and grow a team of engineers building shared systems and infrastructure. The role focuses on hiring, career development, performance management, team planning, delivery, code quality, and driving AI adoption across the software lifecycle, while partnering with technical directors and senior engineers rather than owning architecture. The position requires at least four years of engineering management experience, strong software development and system design knowledge, stakeholder management, business judgment, and experience in regulated or compliance-heavy domains. It is based in New York City on a hybrid model with three to four days in the office per week.
