InterSystems is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Platform Engineering efforts that build and evolve internal platforms supporting software development across the company. The role focuses on modern build systems, developer tooling, cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-enabled engineering capabilities, while also leading and mentoring a team, driving strategic platform initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve developer productivity, reliability, and software delivery.
