Discord is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a software-engineering team focused on reducing security risk across the company. The role owns secure cloud infrastructure, infrastructure vulnerabilities, software supply chains, identity and access management, and security consulting, while shaping company-wide security strategy. Candidates need at least three years of people-management experience, three years securing systems with millions of users, cloud and general-purpose programming experience, and familiarity with AI security. The position is West Coast U.S.-based and can be remote, with a base salary of $248,000 to $310,000 plus equity and benefits.
