Description
Eaton is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of Application Engineers across Australia and New Zealand. The role provides technical leadership for power quality solutions, including UPS systems, batteries, energy storage, DC power systems, monitoring software, and related applications; oversees compliance, complex bids, customer presentations, late-point-definition design engineering, and collaboration with sales, product, project, software, services, and global engineering teams. The position requires at least 10 years of experience in critical power or related electrical infrastructure, including 3 years leading technical engineering teams, and a tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering.
