The role leads and grows a Valencia-based frontend product engineering team responsible for secure, reliable premium card-management experiences across web, iOS, and Android. Responsibilities include hiring and coaching engineers, establishing engineering operating models, coordinating cross-channel delivery, defining platform ownership, driving production delivery, setting quality thresholds, and developing engineers. The position requires people leadership, modern web frontend engineering, customer-facing product delivery, cross-team coordination, secure software practices, and professional English; banking, payments, identity, insurance, or regulated consumer-product experience is a nice-to-have.
