Protolabs is hiring an Engineering Manager - Pricing for a hybrid role based in the Netherlands. The manager leads software engineers, applied ML engineers, and technical product managers responsible for the pricing engine, its architecture, roadmap, and LLM-based pricing capabilities. The role owns enterprise pricing strategy and governance, guides solution design and testing, manages people and development, and partners with pricing analysts and service-line leaders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of experience leading software engineering teams, and experience building complex rules-based or model-driven decisioning systems and production LLM or applied ML capabilities.
