Description
Rillet is hiring an Engineering Manager, Product Engineering to own a large portion of its product engineering organization during a phase of growth. The role will set engineering direction, shape team structure, drive high-stakes product initiatives, partner with product, design, and subject-matter experts, lead and mentor engineers, recruit and onboard talent, and contribute hands-on code. The position is based near the New York City or San Francisco offices, with a hybrid schedule and potential relocation.
